Somebody already holds a 3D model of that building. Upload it once, mark the elevations, number the drops. From then on the schedule, the history and the evidence hang off the part of the building they belong to, not a row in a spreadsheet.
Bring the model. We make it a work record.
- Upload once, keep it for good. The file sits with the site record for good. Most buildings have one already, and getting it is usually one email at mobilisation.
- Your elevations, your names. North, south, atrium, podium. Marked on the model the way your teams and your client already talk about them.
- Numbered drops. Each elevation breaks into the drops a team actually works. Drop 1 to drop 9 on level 17, each addressable on its own.
- Selectable in 3D. Click the part of the building you mean. No more arguing about which section of which elevation a job refers to.
- Podium, atrium and bridge access. Different kit, different method statement, mapped separately. They are separately priced and separately risky.
Last clean, next clean, per drop.
The point is not the picture. It is that every drop carries its own history.
- Last clean. A client asking about third floor north gets a date, not a search through job sheets.
- Next scheduled. Forward schedule per drop. An elevation that has slipped shows as a gap on the model.
- Assigned, or explicitly not. Where a drop cannot be assigned, the model says so and why. Contingency gets planned instead of discovered.
- Capture at the drop. Completion and photographs attach to the drop that was worked. Evidence and location cannot drift apart.

How does Operify AI get a 3D model of a building?
You upload the model the building already has, usually from the architect, a surveyor or the client’s estates team, and Operify AI makes it operational. Mark the elevations once, number the drops, and from then on the schedule, history and evidence attach to the part of the building they belong to.
What is a drop in facade cleaning?
A drop is one vertical section of one elevation, worked as a single descent by a rope access or cradle team. Elevations are split into numbered drops so that scheduling, completion and photographic evidence attach to a specific section of the building rather than to the building as a whole.
Can Operify AI track high-level access separately from general cleaning?
Yes. Facade and high-level access areas are mapped separately from internal cleaning, including podium, atrium and bridge access, because they need different equipment and different method statements and are separately priced and separately risky.
